I'm only one episode in.

1.  A lot of it seems a little staged to me.
2.  Enough with the F-bombs Keefe...he might think he's emphasizing things when really when you're swearing that much nothing gets emphasized.  It just flies in the face of their goal of being a top-notch organization.  It's not a good look...grow up guys.

Speaking of Red Lobster, I bought the mix from Costco to make their cheesy biscuits.

Delicious.

I saw that but I think I read you have to add the cheese yourself, right? So it's basically just biscuit mix.

Cuz, otherwise, yeah I want some cheddar biscuits.

Correct.  You have to shred some cheese and add it to the mix.  Also, you need to have butter to melt and drizzle over the cooked biscuits.

I recommend a sharp cheese.

That's part of hockey culture. Even mild mannered Tavares swears like a sailor when he's not being interviewed

Haven't finished yet, but the exposure given to Mitch Marner and Morgan Rielly seems a little lacking, especially considering what one might think their status is on the team.  Seems like Matthews, Tavares, and Nylander are almost promoted while the former are just there at best.
