Missing the playoffs shouldn't disqualify you from Adams consideration but, still, Jon Cooper got a second place vote. Losing Stamkos hurt and everything but that was still a pretty talented team.

Also someone gave Ovechkin a 2nd place vote for the Hart and Cam Atkinson got a 5th.

Matthews finished 11th.
