Well we're well into the pre-season and Tony Romo already broke his back so might as well throw this up:

The Schedule

Colin Kaepernick has decided not to stand for the National Anthem, The Giants don't care about their kicker's history of domestic violence, most of the Steelers are suspended for drug use...Football season!

Feels like the next two weeks could be make or break for Rex Ryan already. This team goes 0-4 and he's done.

The Green Bay Pqckers, thanks to quarterback Aaron Rodgers and kicker Mason Crsoby, squeaked past the Dallas Cowboys 34-31, in the NFC Divisional Round playoff game.

The Packers will now face the Atlanta Falcons in next Sunday's NFC Championship.

Super Bowl LI between the New England Patriots and the Atlanta Falcons will be played at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, on Sunday February 5th, 2017.

So, how did these two finalists arrive to play in the big game?

The New England Patriots led by a near-perfect game by QB Tom Brady, had defeated the  Pittsburgh Steelers in their AFC Championship by a score of 36-17.

In the NFC Championship, the Atlanta Falcons led by QB Matt Ryan downed the Green Bay Packers by a score of 44-21.

Call it epic, call it what you will, but the New England Patriots historic comeback in yesterday's Super Bowl LI is going to be remembered by football pundits for a long time to come, and of course one name will stand out, that of quarterback Tom Brady.

After what seemed like a haplesa and hopeless first half that saw Brady and his Patriots prqctically catching air instead of footballs, often with the Falcons defensive corps giving Brady a hard time with his passing game, -the tide turned dramatically in the second half of this Super Bowl game.

Brady made five drives that totalled thirty-one points that allowed the Patriots to tie the game and send it to the Super Bowl's first-ever overtime.  Having won the coin toss to start the OT and thus gain possesion, it didn't take long for Brady to execute a series of plays culminating in a dropback to running back James White (MVP) and with some nifty footwork and a horde of Falcons after him, White got over the line....touchdown!  Game over.  Patriots crowned champions!

New England strategized and picked their spots wisely in a bid to outsmart and outcatch the speedy Falcons in the second half.  Brady unleashed his trademark bombs to his running mates, especially Julius Edelman whose 'miracle' catch was instrumental in keeping the Patriots drive alive in that fourth quarter.  In fact, the Patriots got their touchdown and the two-point conversion to tie it all up just as the clock was winding down with less than 50 seconds remaining.  How much better a comeback can you get than that?!

Wow, what a night, what a game!

In winning Super Bowl LI, Tom Brady won his fifth Super Bowl, an NFL record, surpassing two other greats -- Terry Bradshaw (Pittsburgh Steelers) and Joe Montana (San Francisco 49ers), both with four Super Bowl wins respectively.

Patriots coach Bill Belichick becomes the only coach in NFL history to have won five Super Bowls.

To top it all off, the halftime show featurwd Lady GaGa coming down from the roof of NRG Stadium, and giving a well-choreographed spectacular performance.

WAY TO GO, BRADY!
