I think the whole McKenna/Stenberg debate is media driven. They need the clicks. If everyone said McKenna is the clear number 1 no one would be talking about the prospects/draft. They are stirring the pot.

Most 17-year-olds are still in high school, moving to college hockey was a big jump. Ultimately, I think the move to NCAA skewed his profile a little bit, there was definitely an adjustment period for him. Go look at his last year in the WHL, I think that's all you need to know.

Morgan Rielly wasn't that bad last season. I do agree it was more coach related. Although, I would move on from him, It wouldn't be the worst thing if he returned.

I think the majority of the problem last season was the coach (whoever you want to slice that, wrong tactics, wrong players, tuning the coach out, etc.) Change the coach and I think you can expect to see a positive change, but they need to upgrade the right side D. It was abysmal last season...
