Nothing too new here, other than some additional grist for the mill of Berube being unable to read the room; also Chayka has refined his programming on how to fire people more humanely over the last 10 years.

There are so many now, but they're all varying degrees of hit or miss. Some are very miss (Sportsnet guys); some are dialed in on just NHLe models (HockeyProspecting), while other outfits are heavy on video scouting (Scouching), and then there are more traditional independent scouting outfits...

For a long time, the running joke was that a potato could out-GM the Leafs' (Nonis, specifically). Having witnessed an actual potato GM this past two seasons... I'm reconsidering.
