The powerplay is just way too stationary. Tavares is more of a finisher than a get things going guy but his strength is really net front. Knies provides too much duplication with Tavares and isnt' an effective enough playmaker not take advantage of his size/strength in front of the net...

Absolutely pathetic effort in the 2nd. But this lineup. The Knies-Tavares-Maccelli line is just downright bad. Rielly is bad on literally every single pairing he gets put on. Good old Robertson down at the bottom of the lineup for ice time yet again.

Benoit with a great opportunity to clear it and he can't. We have a lot of terrible defensemen who shouldn't be playing for this team anymore.
