Come on....... 3-2

Put on PP2

We signed all these bottom 6 guys. Where the hell is a single big hit to try and get some momentum back?????? And Tavares shows up at least

OEL showing us we should have traded him at the deadline

Matthews-Tavares-Nylander needs to stop being a thing on the PP. multiple coaches and it's the same crap And it's 3-0 because this team can't defend

This PP is dreadful. The second you pressure our players they just fire the puck around the boards and don't create anything. How do we have so many guys with skill be completely incompetent the second we have an extra skater

Be great if he (and the other high paid players) would actually hit the net

Matthews is really good at skating at defenders and losing the puck

2-0 Maybe this team isn't actually good. Sloppy sloppy play

I'm getting tired of watching the same story with this team. Our PP can't sustain the zone for more than 15 seconds and the opponents get chance after chance

The assumption would be that Bobrovsky would be the 1A goalie here but if Stolarz is healthy this really should be a pure tandem rotation. Bob is 37. Tony has explodable everything. But if Stolarz is playing well we should be trying to maximize protecting both goalies. I can't help but...

Early returns are that it's not working. I don't understand the love affair of Tavares and Nylander being paired together and having the 3rd winger be a guy who weighs less than a hockey stick doesn't seem like the logical trifecta. It doesn't help that Tavares has been poor in the draw in the...

I will concede that playing their 3rd game while Ottawa played their first may have played a role in tired legs as the game dragged on. Three games in 5 nights isn't unreasonable but with a shortened training camp it does put pressure out of game shape bodies

They re more watchable but points matter. That was not a game they should have lost and they did. I didn't care for how they played at all in the 3rd and Ottawa was playing down one of their top 2 defenseman. Poor effort. Posts and everything but there was no urgency and they got...

John Tavares with yet another zone turnover. What a miserable start to the season from him

Why was that called offside....the puck was on the blueline

6 posts....what the hell

This has the markings of a game where they pull the goalie and give up an empty net goal 5 seconds after pulling the goalie

Pathetic effort from PP1 I can't watch Tavares lose the puck on the half boards anymore

That was a very divey.
