Are the Leafs actually picking McKenna or are they going to try an galaxy brain this?

It's kind of crazy that Marner has won more playoff rounds this season than in 9 years with the Leafs combined.

Say what you want, but the Habs beat 2 teams ahead of them in the standings with 106 and 109 points respectively. Not as if the Leafs had to play hard opponents and the Habs just got the dregs of the league in this run.

I don't watch the Habs but Suzuki isn't on the first line?

Oh yeah imagine that. Marner wins the Cup this year with Vegas and parades it around the GTA, and then next season Berube wins and parades the Cup around Toronto as well.

Like in 2021 when the Leafs faced a team that got into the playoffs with a sub .500 actual record and still lost?

There's got to be a snowballs's chance in hell that the Oilers hire Berube isn't there? I would be astounded if they went this route.

Man the Habs really annoy me. They don't have nearly the top-end talent that the Leafs had with the years of Matthews/Marner/Nylander, yet the Leafs could never get past the 2nd round and Habs just get to the conference finals their first or 2nd try with this core. I hate this market.

How long before Pridham is in Pittsburgh?

Winning the lottery and now this, it's been a couple good weeks for the Leafs. I mean sure it's small steps, but something has to break right for this team. Let's hope we keep adding up the "good weeks"

OK! Checkmark for Chayka & Sundin! ✅

Wake me up when Berube is fired.

So both Philly and Boston are now claiming they own the 2027 Leafs pick and the NHL isn't prepared to make a ruling as it's "complicated"

So who gets the #32 pick next year Flyers or Bruins?

That was the funniest outcome. Treliving with the "see? I knew exactly what I was doing"

They forgot to turn off the rigging and Leafs had the best odds after 3 balls for the #2 overall pick until they remembered.

I can't believe they got it 🤣🤣🤣

We all want this - but will it actually be possible? Seems to me Pelley wants to show the haters wrong. He was quite combative in his replies yesterday, especially when he started to refute all the reporting about him recently.

His value is lower now than it should be. They may be able to get better value IF Matthews starts next season hot, leading the league in goals by the time of the trade deadline. Any acquiring team would be able to get Matthews for TWO playoff runs, which is incredibly valuable to them if he's...
