So are you suggesting a ref cannot call that play a penalty? I dont agree and I highly doubt anyone challenges a ref who calls a charging penalty there as it's open to the ref's interpretation of the play.

The first Tkachuk hit could have easily been charging penalty, a few strides to deliver  a violent hit to a vulnerable opponent should be punished every time. You would not have to worry about retaliation if you called the person who actually made the dangerous play. But Tkachuk assumes this...

Binnington and Kuemper were coming off one good year, I'm not sure many thought they could repeat. Both signed new contracts that don't scream best goalie. Rask had plenty of questions last season.  The list has no Price, Holtby, Vasilisky, Babrovski, Rinne, and so on

Almost none who would have made the list if done just a few months ago.

I agree but there is a diffferendebetween thinking Nylander is bad, Nylander is good, and Nylander is the best. I read on here pretty much daily that Nylander is all of them depending on the poster.
