Was he actually stomped? I missed that.

Raddysh needs to stop flubbing passes. Also man theres a lot of bobbled passes.

OEL also not really commiting to anything...

That's a pretty bad forward lineup all things considered. We're so lucky to have won the lottery and have Cowan coming along. You have to think none of that falls into place if we give up our first.

No, they're more of a Jake Paul type of franchise.

This really highlights the lowlights. Eep!

And if he plays a heavier style you kind of wonder if he's actually built for it. Like he's already had two concussions at least and a number of injuries related to that style.

I think there's something to be said that he's a big, hard to move body, but he didn't feel that physical, or at least not as physical as his size would probably indicate. He did look very slow in pre-season, and even when the Leafs crushed the baby Sens he looked like one of the few Leafs who...

I mean by all accounts that I've heard is Marchenkos the better player today almost unanimously. They have to, and I mean HAVE to be right about this for this to work but how many times have people referenced Sam Pollock in getting the best player in the trade? If Marchenko is the better, more...

I checked and his most frequent linemates were Sean Monahan and some guy named Voronkov. I get the idea that he has more to give while playing with talented linemates. I do understand the thought that maybe Marchenko can do more whereas Knies has already had two years with Auston.

I mean, is Knies actually gritty? I think he's big but I don't know if I'd call him gritty in comparison.

This is why I generally don't get to fussed about losing most guys on waivers - they're tweeners.

I don't remember what this means.

Shouldn't we be trying to get a bigger fish on the back end? I don't like this.

Yeah, I mean it was a nice run but Dobes blacked out for two series is the story. They're a good team, but I don't think they're first. Truthfully I think the Atlantic is a tough division but it's also tough to predict who actually makes it. Detroit and Ottawa probably don't but how do the rest...

I'm so ready for the Leafs to flex their cash muscle with more teams likely unwilling to spend that high.

How the heck did he ever have a role on the Panthers?

Totally agreed. He needs to show more if he wants to stay in the top 6 and might do well in a grindy big dude line like in NES Ice Hockey.

The other thing about have a tougher bottom six is none of them are afraid to mix it up. I liked at the end when one of the Sens have Bob a tap they immediately converged. No hesitation. Also why did Pezetta get a penalty on that hit? It looked shoulder on shoulder to me.

Liked McKennas game - every time he touches the puck he makes something happen. He'll only get better as he grows into the NHL game. Knies otoh looks a bit lost out there which is concerning. Also good on the B squad.
