Man, Bernier's first season with the Leafs, he looked like he might be the answer. Those flashy glove saves, great rebound control ... then it all seemed to fall apart. He was a shell of that goalie for most of last season.

Nothing wrong with the player, nothing wrong with the deal. He's a beast that hits and can actually play. With all the kids in the lineup next year, it's a decent idea.
