Apparently Eakins criticized Kadri's conditioning during the season. Speed and conditioning are two things which Underhill/Roberts should help with immensely...or at least I would assume as much based on reputation.

A good number of NHL scouts probably question Grigorenko's capability of reaching the status of #1 centre. If you don't pick Grigs, there's no shot that the Leafs should've picked Faksa over Reilly. I understand the need/want for a 1st line center, but the only option was Grigs, and obviously...

I've read him as 6'1"-6'2" and 176-180 lbs. At 17 years old, that's definitely not small. He's got room to beef up, but if he is 6'2" he's got a pretty good frame to work with (with potential room for growth just based on age)

@cw In regards to Dan DeKeyser, I'm fairly sure he's actually going back to school. The other two I'm not too sure about, but Zengerle should be coming to the NHL soon...at least that's what I've heard.

I'm really happy with where we are sitting right now. Very good chance Gally or Grigs drops to us, even in the unlikely event that he doesn't, Dumba or Trouba is pretty much guaranteed to be there. Either seem to have the physical tools to be a real #1. Which I still think is something the Leafs...

Apparently Grigorenko's effort level is being questioned by some scouts, and he's not as high on everyone's lists as he was going into the season. Dunno how 80 pts in 50 games or whatever it is gets you criticisms...but whatever.

There's no reason to stand up for him. Ron Wilson had a "vision" of offensively charged up and down the rink hockey. The team was not talented enough offensively or defensively to do this. Toskala was a bad goalie, but Wilson definitely didn't do him any favours with the style that he employed...

It's actually very reassuring considering how bad Eerie was doing, and his numbers were suffering as a result. Now at least we can see the kid isn't regressing all that much, just suffering from a lack of talent on his team.

Lolz. He's performing at about Joe Colborne-esque levels in the last little while. Which is fantastic. Since Joe was the best player in the AHL while he was playing there. I'd say Nazem is the best player in the AHL right now.
