I truly believe the trade was also the result of the playoff suspensions.  Having Kadri for the entire series against the Bruins could have made the difference.  I am sad to see him leave, and wish him well, but looking forward to Barrie.

I would be willing to trade Kadri.  He's a good physical player, but he has hurt the team with his suspensions.  I would try to package Kadri for a d-man.
