I was going to say McMann is 27 already and he might already be what he is, but at the same time - Hyman is having the best season of his career at 31.  So maybe McMann might still have another gear in him - he just needs the opportunity!

Two guys who might be a good fit and had cheap are Troy Stetcher and Colin Miller.  Both are RHD and having good years in Arizona and New Jersey respectively.  Stetcher is a bit younger (29 vs 31) but also smaller (5'10" vs 6'1").  Arizona is out of it and probably willing to sell - New Jersey...
