Im no doctor. But to me, its how he feels tomorrow that will tell the tale. If he wakes up with no headaches and is able to skate again then ill take it as a good sign! Or maybe Carlyle tells the media that hes out for the remainder of the season! What do I know?  :P

It's nice that Dr. Carlyle gave us a good update but I won't believe anything (specially if its coming from Carlyles mouth) until I see it with my own eyes! When Lupul skates for a full practice and then comes out for another practice/skate the next day, then ill look forward to his return...

I totally agree with you that Reims gets a lot more slack then Scrivens does by the fans. Is it fair, probably not...but oh well. As of right now, Reimer is calm and quiet in the net, has better rebound control and is a better puck handler then Scrivens... I find it crazy that you say that...

I cant beleive we're heading into a game vs Montreal where Leaf fans want the Habs to win and Hab fans want the Leafs to win... -Full on tank nation member.

If the Leafs somehow pull off a win here then they really are "for real". That said I have no expectations here as itll be a tough game to win. Back to back nights, Winnipeg is waiting for us and they are a hell of a home team. 4-2 Jets :-(

If they just stood there, playing a passive box and only moved if it was a guaranteed clear they would be better off then what theyre doing currently. This is about as pathetic as it gets folks...

Im all for bringing up AHLers to help kill the PKs. If they dont put their faces in front of point shots to block them then theyre out, and we bring up another AHLer. You dont think a guy like Zigomanis or Scott would do anything to be called up and stay up? I think they would...

The Marlies PK is one of the best in that league right? Bring in whoever coaches their PK for some help! The Leafs obviously dont know what the hell is going on!

Lack of (good) communication by the Leafs and the media. Last week when Reimer started skating again, Wilson said he's at least 7-10 days away from playing....the media took it as he'll be back within 7-10 days. I think Wilson is sick of talking about it so he over-estimates and hopes itll keep...

Problem being that he still played about 20 minutes... Kessel is proving to be a different player this year though so im sure he'll surprise me.

I can see Kessel being gassed for this game. We'll see how it works out...its a good thing we were up so big last night, he only played 3-4 minutes in the third period... This seems like itll be one of those tough, greasy road games that be a grind to just get 1 point.

Last year, I was so impressed with the way he came into camp. His foot speed was MUCH better then his 1st and 2nd years, which helped with angles, got him out of the corners and got the puck off his stick much quicker. You could really tell that he put in the off-season work to get that foot...

If Reimer doesnt play, Wilson already said that Gus is in net so we can pretty much forget about Scrivens playing... Gonna be a tough game vs the BJs, we play like we did tonight and it wont be as easy a win. Brodeur basically gave us the game!

Probably why he said he'll see how he feels tomorrow...considering how theyve handled Reims with this injury, I wouldnt be suprised at all to see Gus in there again tomorrow. Specially if Reims is gassed after a morning skate!
