I really think the Leafs need to move on from Marner. He has some nifty passes but he also just makes too many brain-dead plays. He also always loses puck battles. He is sooo afraid of contact. Move him for a Top 6 forward and a top 4 dman.

It seems like he had time and space but intead passes it 3 feet to Matthews. Just a pointless play.

Engvall was pretty disappointing. Mickey had opportunities but was disappointing as well.

I feel like Holl needed to sell it more. If he made it look more like an accident he could've got away with it.

The team played well but after they didn't score on the third PP I knew it was done. The refs were fine IMO. Biased slightly towards the Lightning but nothing like previous series. That 3rd PP the Leafs got would have drove us crazy if it was the other way around. This loss is on the PP. Again.

Jacks first save was amazing. Would have been nice if Reilly could have went to tie up the guys stick instead of going for the puck. How much PP time is left? 30 seconds? Need a quick goal

Tavares should never be touching the pick on the entry. He's too slow and always turns it over.

You know with the Panthers advancing the NHL is going to want the TB vs FLA 2nd round matchup. The Leafs PK and Campbell are going to need to be perfect. TB getting minimum 4 PPs to TO's 1 or 2. The Leafs can do it but it's not going to be easy! GO LEAFS GO!

The Leafs played well but they are cursed.

I feel strangely confident they win this game. I was wondering if Spezzas speech was something along the lines of "I didn't want to make this a thing, but this is my last season." It wouldn't surprise me considering how his season ended.
