I believe Engvall would be exempt since he would only be a 2nd year player.  I would speculate that Hyman and maybe Clifford will be two added to list by then.  The goat might be resigned to cheap contract to be one of the sacrificial lambs (no pun intended) in expansion draft.

That will be a huge boost for 3rd line that has looked a little lacklustre.  Robertson has not looked totally out of place, but has been starting to look like more of a boy amongst men.
