The Av's are an interesting team and I think they have a bit of growth to achieve there as a team.  Their Corsi Close is not what you would expect for their place in the standings.  In fact they are down with the Leafs.  Therefore a long shot for playoff success...

I'd rather they just leave than boo the home team in their last home game of the season.  That's classless.  They don't need to boo to let Nonis know the team has major issues.

Possibly most are there to support their team and enjoy their evening.

In the East, only Pittsburgh and Boston have more wins at home than the Leafs. With a win on home ice tomorrow vs Winnipeg , the Leafs will hold a playoff spot.

I will be cheering for Optimus until the final buzzer of this season. Draft position be damned.  I love a good underdog story.  Hopefully he shows that he has what it takes to be a #1 (again) for whatever team he plays for next year.

Wow...one of the fastest displays we have seen all year.

We beat them before and we can do it again. That game in January featured a big game from Bozak and we will need a repeat performance.

I'm curious about the effort level and how this team responds to all the criticism of an 8 game losing streak.  That being said I won't hesitate to change the channel if they just look like they always do.

Kadri played in more NHL games combined than he did before his fantastic shortened 12-13 campaign so I didn't expect any sophomore slump. Let's hope he brings his A game and fresh perspective to camp next year.

Like I said, points are not the major gripe I have here.  I'm really put off by his effort out there on most nights.  What is missing as well is that egocentric confidence that we saw.  Where are those magical dangles with the puck that were so intriguing?  He is not even trying that stuff...
