That seems to be the general consensus since his Junior playoff run last season.  He has yet to allow a goal in the Rookie Tourney, Leaf scrimmages and now his first taste of NHL preseason action.  Kid seems to have really found his game and looks to be the real deal.

Reminds us of the level of competition and that it is only preseason when Orr makes a nice play like he just did.

Kadri, Nilsson, Holzer and Heeter stood out for me.

Holzer who now at 26 years old makes the most sense.  Cheap, serviceable, has paid his dues and really isn't in the team's long term plans so you don't mind him spending a lot of time in the press box.

From the glimpses of Nilsson and Loov I have seen so far, I am trying to figure out why they haven't shown a little more offence in Sweden.  They look pretty mobile out there and decent with the puck from Rookie Tourney to now.

Although I wouldn't say he is ready, it is really quite remarkable what Steve Spott has done with this Marlies team this year.  41-20-2-4 on a team that really shouldn't be anywhere near that.  This was supposed to be a tough year for them.
