If this makes sense vs. dealing Komarov and playing Sosh I don't see it.

Especially since it's just 3 months of Komarov.

I hope the Blues did a full medical evaluation on Sosh. Trading for injured players is pretty risky.

Strange that the Leafs soured on Soshnikov. Wonder why Leivo is still around?

agreed...maybe it was the injuries that hurt his value here...

There's a few other guys I would have preferred to see moved, but, as much as I liked Sosh, it's not a huge loss. Hope he can stay healthy in St Louis and get his career going.

Contract spot freed, though - important going into the deadline.

Really dumb trade . Hes tearing up the AHL. This looks like a Panik situation all over again. Why they give skilled guys away to keep junk like Komarov, Moore and Martin I have no idea.

Id sloy him in over Brown, Komarov and Brown right now.

You might have  a decent argument if that Panik guy isn't currently being healthy scratched by the Coyotes!!!!!

4th rounder is a crappy return. I'd have waived Leivo first.

Youngish, pretty good skater, has a physical element to his game, can score some.

The Blues must be pretty happy right about now.  I know I ain't.

You'd slot him ahead of Brown twice? I'll give you Komarov and Martin, Moore is a center and Sosh isn't so that won't work. What bad things has Connor Brown done besides score 20 goals as a rookie?
