And their 10-6-12 (.357) in one goal games is 29th in the league.

That record doesn't match that winning percentage.

Winning percentage, yes.  Points percentage, no.

10 wins out of 28 games is 35.7%.

So it's accurate, but not really useful? Well that seems like an improvement for SAP I guess.

Oh, okay.  Really, while that's a stat paraded as evidence of a poor record of winning one-goal games in general, it's clearly and most significantly evidence of a poor record in OT/SO in particular.

Mostly, yeah. For the record, they're 4-6 in 1 goal games that end in regulation - not great, but not awful either.

Results for one-goal games fluctuate from season to season because goals are pretty luck driven. Last night, if Rielly's one-timer hit the left of the post instead of the right of the post, are we having this conversation?

For example: Vancouver earlier this year, banked a lot of points on one goal games, but I don't think anyone is confusing them as a good team.

Hope last night's game was the start of a hot streak for Andersen.  Really need him to get on a roll again like he was earlier in the season.
