The real problem is: Lyubushkin can't cover for Rielly when getting iso'd in a playoff series.
Brodie, the player who could cover for Rielly, is covering for Muzzin. No one else can really play with Muzzin at this point and leverage the effectiveness Jake brings on the ice and on the bench.
So all it's coming down to, right now, is they're taking Lyubushkin's physicality over Liljegren's puckmoving, and going to shelter the hell out of his flaws as best they can. Wingers are going to get sterner marching orders to support the breakout, instead of flying the zone. It will cost offense, but 3+ goals per game suggests it's weathering and bypassing Tampa's forecheck that is where there is real impact to be made.
