Leafs will probably be in the market for a number of AHL-destined guys, so this thread could keep track of them:

Dreger reporting the Leafs signed defenceman William Lagesson if the tweet isn't loading. He has some NHL games under his belt, but spent all of last season in the AHL. He becomes just the 4th defencemen signed in the organization beyond the 6 NHLers, and the only one in that group older than 22.

Artur Akhtyamov is one of our many now signed goalie prospects. Wonder how they get spread out.

Marshall Rifai was on an AHL only deal last season with the Marlies and showed signs of being deserving of a NHL deal.

Max Lajoie is in the same boat as Lagesson: mid/late 20s journeyman AHL defender for some depth.
