A few years ago we were in AZ for the winter and we took our dogs to the community dog park. Where we befriended quite a few people, one of them Ray was in his later years and we were invited to their home.  Gord was playing on the Sonos system and I said to Ray, "Are you a fan of Gord" and he said "my favorite artist by a country mile". I have met many Americans who have become Lightfood fans. Personally I have been a Gord fan since I first heard him back in the 60's.
He has been the background of my life and thankfully we have the gift of his genius to enjoy anytime we like.
Lots of related even better stories but to long to tell.

RIP Gordon and I thank you for what you have meant to me.
