There's a little button to the right of Youtube button above the text edit window. You click that to insert a link for the image you want to post.

You need to have link to the direct image file in between the img /img tags, you're currently linking to a website that has the image on it.

So if you right click on that image from the link you posted and hit "copy image address" (that's on chrome, I'm sure other browsers say something similar) that's the link you'll want to use. You need something that ends in ".jpg" or another image source like that.

So what you're trying to post should be written as:

[img]https://i.ibb.co/pbW11xd/Slapshot.jpg[/img]

What about a screenshot right from your desktop or a pic from your photos?
