This year in particular due to Bedard, it makes you wonder if more deals get done earlier to deplete rosters of talent so that there's more time to suck and bank losses.

Ya I agree I don't want to see them get Bedard. Anywhere but to them. I"m out in BC and would love to see him go to his hometown Canucks if anyone.
