Tavares gets it on the wall with space in front and then turns it out to the point for more perimeter passing ... why not take it to the net?

I don't understand the Leafs PP setup.  Slow repeated passes around the perimeter and you have Nylander playing below the net where he can't shoot.   It's the same problem way too many times from the team.  Stationary play and Rielly provides absolutely nothing at this point for me

Matthews line had a few chances.   The Tavares line continues to look bad.   Samsonov keeping them in the game

Just got home looks like Winnipeg showed up judging by the shots. At least Samsonov showed up. Hopefully better 2nd and 3rd.

I like Morgan and I said a few weeks ago he took a discount to stay which was a plus but they should ship him off. Defensively sucks, no grit, no idea why he's running the PP. Package him to Arizona for Chychrun. At least you got a guy that can run a PP, has a shot and scores.

On the PP, with all that firing power, the Leafs decided to keep passing till they turn over the puck. I just don't know what they do during practice!
