How does too many men keep happening? For the love of god.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised to find out that the Leafs this season broke the record for too many men on the ice penalties.  It seems like they get a crazy amount of them.

Given that the Leafs need to win ONE playoff series first it doesn't mean much but the Leafs currently sit 4th in the NHL. One point behind Carolina for 3rd in the league.  They can't catch up to Colorado or Florida but could still pass them. Has small implications for Round 3.
