I know sports betting is the big thing and all that but it disappoints me to see Gretzky shilling for them.

Not to mention Matthews.

Campbell looks good.  Moving well in the crease

L K

Leafs look just that half step off.  I think Keefe is gonna be mad at the intermission

Derk

Looked like he took a bump behind the net. I couldn't really tell from the replay why he was hurt, but it didn't really seem like anything out of the ordinary.

Derk

Matthews got wiped out at center ice away from the puck. Not sure what happened there, either.

Bender

I'm not gonna lie, Jack makes some great acrobatic saves at times and I missed it.

Campbell stealing a period for us there.  Do it 2x more.

Derk

Leafs have been pretty horrible in their own end the last minute of the period. Lucky to still be scoreless.

Great first period. Never ceases to amaze me how flat and horrible we look against sh**ty teams.

I think the bigger thing for me is that he makes acrobatic saves but it feels like they are necessary.  Mrazek flying across the crease felt like he was compensation for where he went earlier

Bieksa is generally a good commentary guy but Frig I'm so tired of the bull#$#% deterrence argument.
