One of the two superstar high scoring wingers in the game definitely put up a Hart-trophy level performance.

According to Allan Walsh it's definitely Huberdeau.

If your team is down by a goal, and you absolutely need a guy who can pass it to another guy who can pass it to another guy to score you a timely goal, Huberdeau is that guy. You know, the first guy, not the second or third guy.

And ideally on the powerplay or if you can catch the other teams 4th line on the ice.

So basically, Keefe can't play Spezza and Simmonds on the same lineup come playoff time. Even under sheltered circumstances, they're not able to zero-out their minutes. Gotta run some tryouts with the Marlies and NCAA signings with the time remaining, veteran pride be damned.

Sure they won, but look at how they won.  You're all Leaf Lemmings if you can't see it.  It's not like they won this game with heart.  How did they win it?  They won it by skating, and passing, and shooting the puck on the net.  The only reason they won this game is because they had more goals than the Panthers.  That's the only reason.  And come playoff time if they don't score more goals than the team they are playing against, they won't win those games.  You all need to wake up and see that this team has no way to win games, other than to score more goals then the other team.  They need to trade Matthews, Tavares, Nylander and Marner today before it is too late and get players that will play with some heart and not let the other team score goals ever in any game that is ever played.   To sum up, heart better than goals.

I figured he's ineligible for the playoffs but never heard he can't play there during the regular season. That makes no sense to me. He's not a free agent.
