You know they had 2 D on the earlier PP but with a 5-1 lead I would have 2 D back even on the PP. Leafs got caught again on a 3-2 Nylander was back with Brodie. Closer game a goal can change the complexion of the game.

I don't have a ton of sympathy for Mike Smith but they are really hanging him out to dry.

Also... Do the Oilers kind of remind of the Leafs a few years ago? Can have game breaking offense but sometimes can get stuffed and bad defensive game?

I wouldn't be opposed to someone going hard to net and losing thier balance.
