I wish to hell I'd never said "Winning isn't everything it's the only thing". What I believe is, if you go out on a football field, or any endeavour in life, and you leave every fibre of what you have on the field, then you've won.

Glad to see him get to finish his career as a Shark.

That was fast

Fast? Why wasn't he signed prior to the start of the season?

Think herman was just referring to the fact that there was a report earlier in the day that things were "heating up" on the Marleau front.

It is weird though that the Sharks think Marleau could be a useful player to them now but not a month ago when camp started. I thought that if something like this happened where he signed after camp it would have happened a couple months into the season.

Now we wait and see how San Jose handles his games played streak. They play tomorrow, if he doesn't suit up immediately for them it ends.

Yeah that's the fast I was referring to. But also, I thought they would wait a bit longer to go there; I guess their rough start got the ball rolling.

I guess his role is to slow down the game.

Goes immediately to their top line haha

That should solve all their problems.

BTW, when did Babcock become their coach?

Nylander must've really been struggling last year if he couldn't even produce with two first line wingers lol

Apparently if Marleau plays all the games, he'll play his 1500th game "as a Shark" in Toronto on October 25th (Marleaus is already at 1657 games played total)
