KC Royals Pitcher Yordano Ventura Dead

World Series winner and Kansas City Royals pitcher Yordano Ventura was found dead at the scene of a car crash.  Toxicology tests so far have proved negative though testing is still ongoing.

Ventura was in his native Dominican Republic, a country with one of the highest death rates per capita from car accidents in the world.
