Tomorrow the inductees for this year will be announced.

This year is of particular interest to us Leaf fans as Sundin is on the ballot for the first time, along with Sakic, Shanahan and Roenick.  Holdovers such as Bure, Lindros, Mogilny and Andreychuk will have another shot.

Who do you think gets in?

My guess: Sakic and Shanahan are shoo-ins, Sundin does get in as well on the 1st ballot, and Bure rounds it out.

I'm gonna say Sakic, Shannahan, Sundin and that's it.

Sakic and Shanahan are shoo-ins. I doubt Sundin goes because the committee are morons who'll be busy trying to find another Flames co-owner to honor.

Some years ago I remember offering to bet one of the Sundin-haters $100 that he gets in on the first ballot.  The guy never replied.  We'll soon see if I would have won the bet.

Boston Leaf

Id say Sakic 1st.. Adam Oates 2 and then Pat Burns..

He gets in...it's a Toronto bias.  He gets left out...it's an anti-Toronto bias.

I know it's a joke but I would love to see the person who claimed that there was a pro-Toronto bias in HHOF voting after Pat Burns and Dave Andreychuk both had to wait while Dino Ciccarelli went in.

A rejected Dino was more likely to attack HOF voters with a hockey stick.  Personal safety trumps HOF merit.

I might have gone Shanahan over Oates or Bure but can't complain too much if that's the case.

Definitely surprised about Shanahan. I definitely would have taken him over Bure and probably Oates as well.
