The Leafs announced that Morgan Rielly is going to remain with the team after he plays his ninth game with the club.

Rielly has four assists in eight games for the Maple Leafs this season. As with all players on three-year entry level contracts, a full season of the deal kicks in when a player skates in his 10th game.

The 19-year-old was Toronto’s first-round pick (fifth overall) in the 2012 Draft.  (as per TSN)
