Leafs re-sign Nikolai Kulemin
On Friday the Maple Leafs announced the re-signing of forward Nikolai Kulemin, who had been a restricted free agent. The 26-year-old was the club’s second choice, 44th overall, in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.
The two-year deal is reportedly worth $5.6 million.
Kulemin registered seven goals and 28 points in 70 games last season, missing the team’s final twelve games due to injury. He has collected 68 goals and 152 points in four full seasons with Toronto.
