Absolutely brutal. I felt sick to my stomach when I read this earlier. Congrats Burkie, you traded our 2nd best prospect for a 33-year-old injury prone plug.
What a sad days – Maple Leafs.
Once i was proud to be Leafs fan.
No guts no glory remeber – KIDS LINE.
I don’t think it’s that bad, as we have too many young and better defencemen already, why need another “maybe good” prospect. Besides, we get the 2nd round pick next year by just giving up 7th round pick. It’s a fair deal for both teams actually.
I would have kept him…for another year!
Hey Josh, who says it was the leafs second best prospect–You? You had better remember the leafs need toughness and more importantly–PENALTY KILLING, Primeau will help in both regards. Burke is doing what this 47 year long fan likes at least, take a breath –a deep one—you will be fine
