For the second time in 13 days, the Maple Leafs visit the Carolina Hurricanes in a game in which the loser will remain in last place in the NHL’s overall standings.
Toronto and Carolina are both tied for 29th place in the league with a mere 11 points each. Game time is 7pm ET, on TSN and AM 640. Jonas Gustavsson will get the call in net for the Leafs.
On November 6, the Leafs defeated the Hurricanes 3-2.
The Marlies road trip continued with a 2-0 loss to the Adirondack Phantoms on Wednesday.
