Softball is going to be a treat tomorrow.

So will ball hockey in an un-air conditioned arena.

That happened years ago at the Albion community centre..swimming along when out comes this little 3 year old kid and starts using the pool as his personal urinal.

Swore off going back swimming anywhere. >:(

Bah... Often a kid will take a crap, they fish it out and shock the pool with chemicals and the process takes about 45 min. before you're allowed back in. It really is fine to get back in and I have no problem with it. This (probably because it dispersed over a wide area) was a whole different ball game.

Speaking of weather - How hot is it in T.O.? The dome has never been closed due to heat. - Could happen tonight. Farrell want is closed as a matter of player safety.

edit: For tomorrow that is;

So I always hear people say you're not allowed to complain about the heat in Canada because it gets cold too.

So how hot and humid does it have to be before you're allowed to say "I'm actually very uncomfortable sweating 24/7 and not enjoying this" ?

I probably complain about the extreme heat much more than I complain about the extreme cold.  I'd much rather be too cold than too hot.  Especially those times I had jobs working outdoors.

I'm going to do some roofing tomorrow in a parka after an all night drinking binge.

I work for an airline and have obviously done some traveling and I don't recall 9:20 am being hotter anywhere else I've been to in the world. - Should be really fun in a couple of hours!

Just say outside for 5 min. and was afraid to get up for fear my man-parts would slide out of the bottom of my pant leg.

Yesterday's high at Pearson airport was 35.1. Already today it is 34.9.

Some clouds are rolling around up there too. Hopefully that will keep the temps from getting too ridiculous. And it is pretty windy, too.

One of my favourite hot weather lines ever, from Biloxi Blues with Mathew Broderick as Eugene Jerome.... "Man it's hot. It's like Africa hot. Tarzan couldn't take this kind of hot."
