Sure, maybe, but until they bring in a replacement, they won't be moving Rinne. So, as things stand right now . . .

Still, I'm left wondering what his trade value might be. He didn't have a great regular season, he was decent to pretty good in the playoffs but he's sure not the Rinne of old.

Probably not great right now, but also probably not at the point where the Preds would have to add an asset to rid themselves of him (were they so inclined). They'd likely have to take on a contract instead.
