A list of participants can be found here: http://mapleleafs.nhl.com/club/news.htm?id=725185

The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Wednesday that the team’s prospect camp, held from July 7 to 11, will feature 29 players. The group will consist of three goaltenders, 18 forwards and eight defencemen. All six of the Maple Leafs’ 2014 draft choices will be in attendance, including Toronto’s first-round selection, William Nylander.

The camp will include on-ice practice sessions at the MasterCard Centre for Hockey Excellence and seminars on conditioning, media awareness, personal development and nutrition.

Members of the media will be permitted to attend camp on Wednesday, July 9 beginning with practice at 10 am. All players will be available to the media at 3 pm on Wednesday outside of the Maple Leafs dressing room at MasterCard Centre.

Jim Hughes, Director of Player Development for the Maple Leafs, will oversee the five-day camp. Below is the full list of all 29 players invited to prospect camp.

Last year they had 40+ so good to see they are concentrating on the ones with the real potential to make it.

Some notes from the first couple of days at the camp by a writer from McKeens:

Really excited about our Swedish contingent of prospects. Nylander is obviously the top prospect in the pipeline, Andreas Johnson is probably our 2nd best forward, and Nilsson and Loov could very well be our top-2 defensive prospects.

It seems like this guy wasn't critical about anybody.

God I hope so.  If a few of these can make the jump and help out the D it'll be a breath of fresh air for this organization.  There's also Granberg who many are high on.  Let's hope 1 or 2 guys can make it.

It's a rookie tournament camp in July so it's not like the team is pushing them too hard. He did have some critiques about most of the invitees, which isn't too surprising. He was also hard on Finn and Valiev.

Seems fairly critical:
Quote
Zachary Pryzbek (#70; invitee) owns great size but his skating is poor. The Brown University commit battled to keep pace throughout the drills and looked overmatched. Chalk it up to nerves possibly but Pryzbek didn’t muster up much on his shot attempts either, lacking both velocity and accuracy.

He was undrafted for a reason. I'm more interested in our actual draftees.

Also, I think some of those dmen prospects sound exciting.

Anyone want to take a stab at an organizational defensive depth chart?

Looks like we may have 3 or 4 Swedes on the D in the next few years. And a few forwards as well. Exciting times I must say, never so many good prospects in the Loaf org for a long long time.

What do you think Henney stated about Nolan Vesey's dad that they had to edit out?
