If they were to use the same format as last time, I remember reading the Leafs would get a 6% chance of receiving the #1 pick.

I think that they should give every team that hasn't made the playoffs since the last lockout 5000000 balls and everyone else one.

Yet somehow, knowing our luck, the Leafs would still end up not winning it. #sadtrombone #boohoo #fixedlottery #kony2012

If they use the same criteria they did last time, there would be 7 or 8 teams that would have 3 balls in the barrel.

EDIT: It would be the Leafs, Hurricanes, Jets, Islanders, Stars, Wild, Flames and Blue Jackets.

Yeah. A 6% chance isn't really worth hoping we get a shot at.
