I think it's all or nothing on the one way vs two way approach. Yup. It happens quite frequently with players in Scriven's position, especially goalies.
I feel like he could easily point to the Holzer one-way and say "hey I proved as much or more than he did, so gimme one 'o' those one-way deals too".
According to @KyleTheReporter, his contract is in fact a two-way deal in year one and one-way in year two.
I have no problems with this, but is it bad that my initial thought was, "Yup, we are going to enter this season with no upgrade in goal."
