Sure, Reimer is solid, our defense is adequate, though "succeptible to the odd choke", and our wingers are more than adequate, but without a number 1 center we are toast. The oft injured Connolly, the 2nd or 3rd line center that Bozak is, and the inability of Grabovski to step up as a leader at center ice is our biggest weakness. Boy could we use a "Jonathan Toews like player", or a slick #1 center with some size and skill to help Kessel - I miss Sundin. He was the best we had, but then again we never had a Kessel or Lupul back then to compliment Sundin. Oh well, guess you cannot have it all? Burke still has work to do, but most of the older players were signed to fill in the holes on the roster. The core of the Leafs are pretty young and bound to make a few mistakes that the defending Stanley Cup Champions are bound to capitalize on. Winners learn from their mistakes and the Leafs played way better against Boston then their 7-0 loss earlier in the year. I have the same offer again this year, and was hesitating, but after watching this game, I have to say I think I'll do it again, the Defense (and goaltending) I think will stabilize as we go on, and the offense will hopefully stay as hot as they have been.
